Analysis from Document Verification List: Who's In?

If you find your name in the Shortlisted List, then you are a step away from Selection List, but wait, here is a Twist. Not all the Candidates whose name figure in the Document Verification List, will be selected.

Applicants should note that merely getting your name in the Document Verification List does not guarantee your Name in the Selection List as, JKSSB has called more candidates than the actual No.s of posts for Counselling and Document Verification. Actually, JKSSB has called Candidates in the ratio of 1:2 to the number of posts.

Candidates having their Serial Numbers in the List in equivalence with the No. of Posts, only they have higher Chances to appear in the Selection List. For rest of the candidates, much depends upon the luck factor.

Example: Anantnag has 192 General Teacher Posts So JKSSB will call 384 candidates for Counselling and Document Verification. All those candidates who have their Serial Number upto 192 are safe and those having Serial Number beyond 192, they will be in Waiting List and their waiting will be cleared only if some candidates are not interested to join
